Building on the success of the kids like2bike events of 2012, we have created a new kids like2bike series for 2013.
The series will consist of 5 fun kids cycle events, hosted at 5 different venues around Johannesburg.
The events are aimed at 2-12 year olds and are a standalone event, ie. They are not tagged on to an adults cycling event. Children having fun on their bikes, with their families in tow, are the focus of the day.

This really is a fun filled morning out for families, and scenic, child friendly cycling venues have been selected. There will be entertainment for the kids after the ride, as well as lots of food and drink on sale. Each child will receive a medal and a great goodie bag. If the child participates in 3 of the 5 events, then they will also receive a special ‘limited edition’ t-shirt at the series final.

The main aim of these events is 1st and foremost for the kids to have fun on their bikes, and to develop a healthy appreciation for cycling and the outdoors.

10 March – Waterfall Estate
12 May –Helderfontein Estate
21 July – Northern Farms
15 September – The Big Red Barn, Olifantsfontein
2 November (series final) – Monaghan Farm
